Washington: The ongoing tensions between the United States and Iran have entered a new and more serious phase, raising concerns across the international community. The situation intensified after U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly rejected Iran’s proposed peace formula, leading to a sharper exchange of positions between the two nations.

In response, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared that Iran would “never bow before its enemies” and made it clear that the country is not prepared to make further compromises. He emphasized that Iran would strongly defend its national interests under all circumstances.

Senior Iranian military officials have also stated that the country’s armed forces remain fully prepared for any possible developments. With both Washington and Tehran hardening their positions, diplomatic efforts appear to be facing increasing challenges while military deployments continue to expand in the region.

Analysts warn that the growing confrontation could push the crisis toward a larger regional conflict if immediate diplomatic solutions are not reached. Meanwhile, Israel has also indicated that it is unwilling to make major concessions, adding further complexity to the already volatile situation.
